Huntersville North Carolina, eating out on a $20 budget for breakfast lunch and dinner. I began my day at Toast Cafe in downtown Huntersville and today I will tell you about a great place to eat lunch. Some of you may "snicker" a little when I tell you my lunch spot, but believe me you will not find a better deal.

Harris Teeter Deli!

It is conviently located just off I-77 exit 23 on Gilead Road. I know it's not your typical sit down restaurant but trust me when I tell you that for the price you will not get a better Sub sandwich anywhere. I am copying the menu so you will see the great choices and value. Notice the $2.99 specials!

Purchase the half sub of the day, any 2 oz bag of Dirty Potato Chips (Sour Cream & Onion, Mesquite or Lightly Salted) and any 16 oz. Fresh Foods Market Sweet Tea, Unsweet Tea or Lemonade for $3.99. All three items must be purchased in a single transaction, with VIC card. Limit one (1) Lunch pack per transaction.

P.S. There are plenty of areas nearby to sit outside and enjoy your lunch. The Huntersville Business Park is directly accross the street, but I like going to a local park near Lake Norman.
