One of the things we first learn in this real estate business is the part about ethics/morals, etc. My question is - how long does it take for us to forget this important part of our business. Personally, I have encountered several instances recently of unethical, greedy, hateful behavior, all about money....Only the money, the commission, the closing, the sale. To scheme, to lie, to cheat for a paycheck is pretty down, dirty, and desperate; if you ask me. A $5000 check is not worth my character, my reputation, or my soul. At the end of the day, I have to live with myself, and sleep at night, and I do - Very Well

Cathy - I recently did a post on this topic and was amazed at the number of comments regarding the unethical actions of Realtors®; and what was most surprising was: The majority of the negative comments were from other Realtors®. Guess there is room for improvement.
