Just finished a awesome book if you get a chance to pick it up it is well worth it...

Peaks and Valleys by Spencer Johnson...this is a MUST READ for every Realtor

Here's a quick sample!!!

USING YOUR PEAKS AND VALLEYS AT WORK AND IN LIFE

TO MANAGE YOUR GOOD AND BAD TIMES

                                              Make Reality Your Friend

Whether you are temporarily up on a Peak or down in a Valley, ask yourself:  What is the Truth in this situation

Find and Use the Good Hidden In a Bad Time

Relax, knowing that Valleys end. Do the opposite of what put you in the Valley.  Get outside of yourself: be of more service at work and more loving in life.  Avoid comparisions. Uncover the good that is hidden in a bad time, and use it soon to your advantage.

Appreciate and Manage Your Good Time Wisely

Be humble and grateful. Do more of what got you there. Keep making things better.  Do more for others. Save resources for your upcoming valleys.

                                       Follow your Sensible Vision

Imagine yourself enjoying a better future in such specific, believable detail, that you soon enjoy doing what take you there!

                                             Share It with Others

Help people make good and bad times work for them, TOO!!!!

Thank you I'm so glad I read the book when I did ...it really made me see my life for what it is ....and for what it isn't ...that's kinda of scary ...but the truth...Never did I ever think I would lose my job after over 15 years of being one of the Top escrow agents and have to start over at my age, but it turned at to be the best thing that ever happened to me!!!!

I've lost 40 pounds got off my high blood pressure medicine quit smoking and now doing a career I love helping people get there dream home at a affordable price....It's the best time to be in this business and as a new agent (just over a year) I know what I"m doing now will make a difference in people lives!!! sometimes it rough...credit issue, low inventory, loan program come and go....but all of that is a way to disquish ourselves from the pack...

we help them with credit restoration with our non-profit group, licensed with the government since 1998 the last one to be recognized by the IRS, rated AAA+ with the better business bureau, and 100 customer satisfaction... get there credit cleaned up and start them on the way to home ownership...
