I have a friend that has developed a program for seasoned and new investors looking to take advantage of the current market. The investment is $25,000 cash and is secure by a note and 2nd deed of trust. The principle buys the homes at auction and does not exceed 80% LTV. The principle pays the rest of the purchase and all repairs and additional cost. The investor's principle investment plus the return is returned by the title company at COE.
