HomeBuyer's Tax Credit

Home Builder with Mike Johnson Construction, Inc

There is a push to extend the first-time homebuyers tax credit in                                             Congress and to offer the tax credit to all homebuyer's not just the first-timers.

The National Home Builder's Association has published a new website www.ReviveHousingNow.com it tells consumers why stimulating housing will help restore the economy, how to contact their federal lawmakers and what to say when they do.

If we would realize how important the housing industry (with all that it encompasses) is to our nation recovery, we would make sure everyone let their voice be heard.

Meanwhile NAHB will continue to work on the tax credit extension and improvement, action to resolve the AD&C credit crunch and appraisal problems, and extension of NOL carryback provisions.

NAHB's grassroots campaign can be all the more powerful if realtors and builders get the word out about ReviveHousingNow.com to everyone they know.
