Truly there is never a better time than today to test the returns.  The fundamentals are back.  Remember the old rule of thumb - If it rents for 1% of what you buy it for per month - BUY iT!  Well those days are back and actually much better.  One can buy and rent and return well over 10% on your investment. So consider testing the waters.
