The California AR Crowd Celebrates in Long Beach!
It WAS the party to be at last night, and about 30 Rainers from near and far gathered in Long Beach to celebrate the 1st birthday of the greatest network on the planet.
Do Californians know how to party? YOU BET!! Check out what Laurie Manny had to share...she says so much, I'm not sure what else to add and I'm scrambling to get ready for another client so just not enough time...
Rain Gods Jonathan Washburn (absent his wife...we MISSED you, Sara) cruised in from Laguna Beach and Matt Heaton flew in from the Seattle area (we missed you, too, Lydia).
The crowd was animated, the libations flowed freely (VERY freely), secrets were shared, tasty food was consumed, and new friendships were forged.
Best friends from Florida, TLW and BB, paid us a visit (in spirits, only...GET IT??!!), Tisza created masterful cakes, and the celebration went on into the wee hours. If these folks BLOGGED as much as they talked, EVERYONE would have over 100,000 points and they would ALL be featured.
It was terrific to see so many in attendance, with lots of new faces that have joined us recently, like Marie Kletke and Debi Hillberg, and 3 Project Bloggers.

ried to collect cards from everyone (do you believe SOME folks came without them??) so here's the list of AR folks - if I missed anyone, I deeply apologize - let me know who I missed.
There were a bunch of spouses and friends there too, but I couldn't keep up with them all (and I wasn't even drinking...hmm, maybe THAT was the problem). And while I tried to meet everyone, it just didn't happen. We'll just have to have another gathering...

A rousing time was had by all...just one more example of what a phenomenal group AR is!
