Banks need to Negotiate foreclosures with the Homeowners through the Courts

With the increasing number of foreclosures, vacant homes are tremendous.    The worst of it all is the homeowners losing their homes are willing to work out and negotiate with the bank to keep their homes.    If the banks are forced to go to mediation, it will delay or alleviate foreclosures.
