San Antonio Windmill

You don't generally see windmills in the city, but here is one on Loop 1604 near the Stone Oak intersection. It over a building that contains a Mexican restaurant. I forget the name of it, but will add it tomorrow. May stop in for a bite too.

UPDATE

The name of the place is El Papalote Taco and Grill. Check their website.

El Papalote, San Antonio

I was in San Antonio for Star Power in 2004, and it was hot as heck....this restaurant sounds fun!

Hi Wayne,

A windmill over a Mexican restaurant, sounds reasonable to me. San Antonio is a place I've only been to one time for about 5 days, (for a r.e. seminar) and I loved it.

There should be a lot of wind power in San Antonio, so why not a windmill? What a fun thing to spot in the city :)

A windmill above a Mexican restaurant?  It must have something to do with all the beans that they serve.

Pat-Believe me when I tell you, it's still hot here.

Lynda-You need to come back and see the place now.

Shoshana-It's a hot wind, not like those cool breezes you get in FL.

Kevin-You can call it protein power.

Ricki-This is old hat for you, since you get to see these everyday in the hill country. Thanks for stopping by.
