Advertising Made Easy!

Real Estate Agent with Calling Boise Home AB45481

Just a quick word for those of you who do postcard mailings.  There is a company called expresscopy.com !

You can their templates or you can create your own in publisher and upload it.  Then you just upload your addresses from excel and they do all the work in 24 hours!  They are full color, laminated and postmarked first class!  VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY FAST! You do nothing but create the postcard and upload the addresses.

The cost...only $45 for 100! They also have jumbo and panoramic postcards for a little more. Make sure you send yourself one.  I have saved everyone I have ever made, that way I can get ideas later on, show them to potential clients at listing presentations, etc.  I use them for all my just listed and sold cards, and for my open house invitations.

ATTENTION REALTORS: They even have "pulse mailing" which is when they automatically send out your just listed and sold post cards for you!  You do NOTHING! They have acess to the MLS to get the information. All you do is input your logo, picture and information one time!

These aren't just for the real estate industry, they are good for handymen, plumbers, electricians, restaurants, house cleaners, and more....anyone who markets themselves.

Oh ya!  They do flyers and business cards too! I'm sure they even have more to offer go check them out!

I use expresscopy.com all the time and have for years.  I've never had an issue with them...everything goes out in a timely manner and the quality is awesome!  I usually get the p/c that are laminated (no extra charge for lamination).  $45 for 100...can't beat the price.  I do find the designing of the cards a little awkard and time consuming...that is the only thing that is bad...it takes me about 1 hour to do the designing...I'd like to get it down to 15 minutes :)  On the other hand, I HIGHLY recommend them.

I was reading an advertisement for Color For Real Estate.  I haven't used any of these, but have been debating that.  I will check out express copy.. Thanks.

These guys are good! Also worth a look is Color For Real Estate on the east coast, in MA. They have a very humorous catalog....

Express Copy will link from right inside of Pat Zaby's REspond Program, as well as the Sharper Agent program... Easy, good, and not overly expensive!

I use expresscopy already and they are great. I do not like laminated cards, hard to recycle, and would use an alternative company if they were as good. Thanks.

Julio - You're welcome!  I have had a little response from my mailings.  When I stopped doing the "traditional" just listed/sold cards and went to catchy headlines with a different approach...that is when I saw results. I actually got phone calls.  I recently did a mailer about a specific loan available for ist time homebuyers in certain census tracts of town and recieved 4 calls with just a little over 100 postcards.  I thought those were great results.

I do just listed mailers because sellers expect their home to be marketed and that is one way.  I do feel like targeted marketing on a specific program is more effective.

Quick note: Just wanted to let those who don't like the laminated cards know that there are 3 options to chose from:

  • 90# UV Coated - Durable, affordable and RECYCLABLE!
  • 90# Laminated - Extra protection against weather and handling
  • 10 pt. Heavy Cover - A little extra sturdiness

I usually use the UV Coated, it looks and feels just like laminate. Thanks for all the great responses!
