Aloha Friday or Fair Warning Friday

Being statehood today the county building was shut down legal Hawaii holiday. That being old faithful Jeff showed up for foreclosure Friday anyhow. John was there, Jimi was there and a few other regulars. Today up at Hoapili Hale it was real busy (*NOT*) just one Realtor, no loan officers, one attorney, one auctioneer, regulars were all there and 0 bidders, by far the dullest day I have seen at the court house steps in quit awhile on the island of Maui.
Lets start with the postponements, there were 3 postponed foreclosures.

No Longer (TAKING) NEW Foreclosure Clients!

In this volatile Real Estate market it is important to understand the many facets of this changing market, appraisers begin to pen this (2015) market as a upswing Real Estate market, with the ability to increase the appraisal by .3/4 per month of last comparable sale. When choosing a Realtor/Broker keep in mind the many attributes that bring in expertise, short sales, foreclosures, REO’s and the continuing straight forward Multiple listing sales. I have experience in every market, in every condition.

Call me for advice in each and every area of today’s Real Estate market.

It is nice to be important, yet important to be nice.

The range is too high right now to have an average. Today's vacant land, 2 acres was foreclosed upon @ 1.2 million. House, Condos and Land are all so different on Maui. Depends location also. Next year we will have an average after the pile of foreclosures have been shuffled through. Until then tune in to Fair Warning Foreclosures here on Active Rain. Aloha ha ha Jeff
