Motivational Power Quote

When You Reach the End of Your Rope

"When you get to the end

of the rope,

tie a knot and hang on."

Franklin D. Roosevelt, 32nd President of the United States

As I see it. . . . . . . .

When you reach the end of your rope.

Tie a knot and hang on for dear life.

At the end of the rope when it's appears that all is lost; see it as an opportunity for a new beginning and to starting anew.

When you're hanging on and look for solutions but don't give up. Continue to look for answers until you find them; but don't give up hang on a little bit longer.

By hanging on we'll start to see the ways through, over and around the situation.

Hanging on just a little bit longer, by itself can change the outcome.

Don't let go, and don't give up.

Chaos = Opportunity.

Sometimes we're so invested in 'how we think things should/want things to go', we lose sight of possibilities. The Universe likes to shake us down right about then.

Lou, I think you said it best, "Hanging on just a little bit longer, by itself can change the outcome. "

The longer you can persist, the better your chance of an opportunity opening up.

Lou truer words have never been spoken.  I has some major health issues years ago, and thought there were no solutions.  There are always solutions with the hands of God!  The weakest chink in our sprititual armour is dispair.  It makes us beleive there is no hope, but it is flawed thinking.  Hope is eternal and each day we can tap into God's grace and move forward in His love!

Lou,

When you reach the end of your rope, keep holding on or ask for some help but under no circumstances should you hang yourself?
