We are looking for cooler weather the upper 90's lower 100's is just too hot for us...and lots more trees!!! BIG trees... We are looking into the Knoxville, TN all the way to Asheville NC... We are wanting to look for a lot with some acres.... prefer at least two acres. We are wanting to be close to town, but don't mind being a little out of Knoxville TX or Asheville NC is we can get more land.. Schools are a big priority since we have young children. When I start looking around, I am not sure what part of town to be in... Being a realtor, I understand that location is very important and I don't want to end up on the wrong town and on the wrong side of town. If you have any recommendation on towns and zip codes I would so greatly appreciate it. We don't plan on making a move for another year, but I want to start looking online for properties and information.
