Drick, I can't say enough about Exit Realty's new E-Listings program! OMG video, one click posting to all the major blogs, call capture, etc. The only thing it doesn't took is cook my dinner! But that's what husbands are for...aren't they? LOL And Exit as a whole, OMG don't get me on that soap box, I finally have a retirement plan and if I retired today I could make over $7000 a month with the residuals I have coming in. How many other Real Esate Companies can honestly say they offer that? ANother 2 years like these past 2 and I'll be making $30,000 a month! Isn't that just amazing in a BAD market? I LOVE EXIT REALTY!

I am trying to get more pictures of this property, but hey even with the one picture it got your attention! You going to convention?
