Lone Tree CO homes sales picked up on July but are lagging behind compared to 2008. Three of the houses that sold in July were bank owned homes. Two of those were located in Carriage Club subdivision. All averages are slightly down from 2008 numbers, but not as significantly as in some other parts of Denver area.
