As school starts, do housing sales, too?

Well, school starts today across the state! For many of us that means that our kids are now out of camp and/or out of the house and back to the routine of school! Mine? It was my daughter's first day of Kindergarten. I am a little sad because today was the first day that she did not want to hold my hand as we walked to school.... but all is well. She was very happy to arrive at her classroom and put her backpack and lunch box away. She went right to her seat and began 'working'! The wonderful independence of children!

Can we hope that the housing market can show such independence as well? In my recent experience with buyers and sellers, both are ready to move forward. Those who need to move and realistic about prices and those who need/want to buy are excited about the prospects of interest rates and buying 'low'!
