A Broker must be with you for your 1st visit in order for you to have representation during the auction. I have toured the condos and they are absolutely amazing. I would love to take you on a tour, answer questions, submit bids or explain the process. Taking a tour is a fast and fun experience. In order to have representation through out the Auction process, you'll need to have your Broker go with you on the first visit. The Auction company will pay for this and it is highly recommended that you don't go about this alone.
