When was the last time you sent a client, friend, family member a card "just because".. Do you think this would make a difference? Do you think if you received a hand written card from your mortgage broker, insurance broker, hair stylist, priest, dentist office, chichiropractor that you would put it into the A pile of mail or the B pile? No email.....No spam....No text....No bulk mail...
This card would peek your interest. You would be curious and excited to see what was inside. Would you tear open the envelop with excitement, or grab your handy dandy knife so to no ruin any of the insides. How incredible. You just received a hand written note from your stylist just to say hello and to wish you a great week. Wouldn't you keep this hair stylist around..
Perhaps even better, you would be more than happy to recommend this stylist to anyone that asks for a referral. Although their job is to help you look new and fresh with a color and cut..... Receiving a hand written note to check in is about the nicest connection to make.
If you did not have to leave your computer.....Spend $1.02 to send a glossy hand-written card from a boutique of over 12,000 cards.... never forget a clients anniversary or birthday....would that be of value? My favorite is taking photos of my clients homes once we close escrow and send them a "Thank you" card with their house on the front. A picture that speaks millions! Not only are you building solid relationships for future business and referrals, you are making a difference in someone's day!
