HomeFlux?

By
Real Estate Agent with Capital Pacific Real Estate

I just recieved an email in my inbox from a company called HomeFlux.  They used the standard "saw your profile online" intro and claim to be looking for agents to connect with their selling leads.  I'm always sceptical of these types of emails, especially since the site they provide gives very little info about the compnay.  Has anyone had any experience good or bad with this company?  I've pasted the email below.

"I saw your profile online and thought I'd contact you directly.

We have a real estate investing company, and have thousands of extremely motivated home sellers contacting us each month. Because we do not have a local investor in every market, we are looking for experienced real estate professionals who can help these people by listing and selling their home. Many of those who contact us are going through a divorce, have inherited property, have lost their job, or just must sell quickly for some other reason.

We've found that the Motivated Sellers contacting us are:
Willing to pay higher commissions to sell quickly
Willing to review all offers
Need to sell in 30-60 days
Willing to list and sell for less than market value for a quick sale
Our investment company has been featured on Larry King Live, CNBC, CNN, FOX News, the Wall Street Journal and thousands of other media outlets. We've been around for nearly 10 years, but because of our recent growth have way more home sellers contacting us than we can help.

Where Do They Come From?
Many see us doing interviews on TV, or respond to our national advertising. We focus exclusively on working with highly motivated home sellers and nothing else.

If you have experience working with distressed sellers and can handle listing an extra 3-10 properties per month, please call our office at 888-424-4722 or visit HomeFlux.com and I would be happy to see if we are a fit for each other."

Any feedback from my fellow Active Rainers??

If it sounds to good to be true it probably is.  I won't pay leads.  I'm more than happy to pay referral fees at closing but I refuse to pay upfront fees.  So far I haven't found a single lead company willing to put their money where their mouth is.

I would love to be your Realtor® in Akron Ohio!

Never heard of them but my policy is to never pay for leads. Why? Because when I started out I did  pay good money and they never worked out. I always ask them, if they are so good, why not charge me a referral fee at closing, they never do for a reason, they know the leads are no good! I know of no one in Akron Ohio that pays for leads up front. Good luck.

I received the similar email in my SPAM Box.  Was trying to research them and found your question regarding homeflux.com Be careful for sure.  Anyone else had dealings with them?
