Bulk tape on reo props

My team is offering bulk purchases of real estate in many states throughout the country.  Presently we have properties in Calif, Ore, Wyo, Mont, Fla and New York. Nothing here in Colorado till next week. Properties are sold at 50 to 60 cents on the dollar, bpo.  Minimum to enter is 1.3 M, and there are levels of participation, 1.3 to 5, to 10 to 25 and over.  We are assembling groups of investors who want to purchase over 1.3 M individually and would like to group together for a certain amount. If there is serious interest, per bank protocol, we then ask for a Non-Circumvent & Non-Disclosure Agreement, Proof of Funds, the usual requirements.  If you or anyone you know would like to participate directly, please contact me with your preferences.
