The City of St Charles MO Real Estate Trends for the week of 08/15/09 – 08/22/09

Don I love the count down clock.  Where can I get one of those?  I think 1st timers are getting it BIG TIME here in Phoenix.  It's nuts out there with mulitiple offers on anything worthwhile under 250K.  Yesterday one of my agents told me he was up against 14 others in one deal and 27 in the other.  That is just plain nuts.

I heard the time clock may be extended and open it up to any buyers - that would level the playing field and we could move some of the higher priced inventory (which is someone dead).  I hope that happens.
