Chris Ann, so these must be your little guys! They look so concentrated on something. There must be either a bird or a squirrel in the yard that they are coveting!
Chris Ann,
Even their tails are pointed in the same direction. Definitely up to something.
Rich
Michelle: Probably a kid playing up the street.
JL: My cats don't know how to plot. However, the black one on the far right seems to trip into clumsy types of trouble. He often mistakes his water dish for a foot bath.
Heather: I think we can trust 'em.
Tony & Darcy: Just smelling the fresh air. We hadn't had a cool enough day to that point for them to have an open window.
Marney: Probably many. The direction they are facing is toward the neighbor's maple tree.
Pat: This is three of the five. They could be watching the neighbor girl. She comes over and plays with them from time to time.
Rich: Isn't it something? I think I read somewhere that you can tell which side (liek humans being right handed or left handed) a cat favors by the direction their tail points. I'd say I have some lefties.
Chris Ann,
That is a great pose - all in a row with very similar poses. Great capture. :)
Steve
Isn't that precious!! It is so cute how they are all sitting in the same position.
I have a friend who has a beach house down at Galveston; during Hurricane Ike EVERYTHING blew out and it was wiped clean. She found 3 bottles of Corona that were completly full and not broke. She has them tied together and calls them the three amigos. I saw your title and had to come look.
Chris Ann,
Now that, is a handsome crew standing guard. Interesting note about the tail directions. I never heard that, so will have to watch our crew.
It's a good thing I don't have three cats because I know they would plot against me, just like Rudy, Minx, and Shadow appear to be plotting. Look at those tails. Just the position of them tells me they were very active.
Caron: No posing. They just all congregated around an open window. When I saw them all sitting the same exact way, I grabbed the camera.
Steve: Thanks. I thought so.
Pat: Being indoor only cats, I think these guys wouldn't know what to do with a bird. Some spiders are so big they run from them. So much for having my own free pest control service.
Marchel: Wow! Must be an interesting conversation piece in your friend's home.
Trey: I wish I could remember where I heard that. Maybe a CAts 101 on Animal Planet or something.
Russel: The worst that would happen is they would be jealous of whoever is getting attention from you.
I bet they aren't looking at anything. I mean, the one on the right seems to be looking further into the distance, and the other two are probably just wondering what's going on out there. If they're anything like my cats, once they identify an object worthy of their attention, the tails start to swish and twitter, plus they start bleeting or making goat noises. These guys look pretty quiet.
Elizabeth: They are just enjoying the fresh air and the sounds of the suburban outdoors.
Melissa: Thank you! With these guys you have to have the camera ready to go. You never know what priceless shot you are going to get.
Hi Chris Ann,
Love the caption and the photos of your 3 cats. Great shot! Thanks for sharing! Enjoy your Sunday!
Rita
Hi Chris, This picture is too cute. It reminds me of my dogs, the way they sit and look out the window together, so funny:)
