Tina,
I also imagine it was pretty when it came out. I was on the road and stoped to take pictures at a stream and noticed this as I was walking back to my car. Thanks for your comment.
That's so amazing, Randy, that it doesn't even look real. It looks like it belongs on one of those Charm City Cakes.
Randy, that is an amazing shot on the sunflower, thanks for sharing it with us.
Randy: This looks like it could be turned into some sort of science fiction movie. Like the plant that ate Taylorsville, or something similar. It looks like it is just waiting for someone or something to get close to it, and then it opens, and plays "gotcha !"
It actually looks a little scary...
like it is going to strike!!!

That is a great photo with that flower just ready to explode into bloom, Very nice. :)
Steve
What a great shot! So close up and vibrant. And that flower looks ready to burst with all those seeds.
Randy,
I'm sure this one will be a real beauty. Thanks for sharing.

Randy - That picture gives me a feeling of great anticipation. So close to becoming full bloom. . .but not yet!
Heather, I don't know what a charm city cake is but I agree it is amazing looking. Thanks for your comment.
Tony & Darcy, thanks for your comment.
Karen, Maybe your should consider writing sci fi. I could supply the pictures.
Crystal, Thanks, I am glad you liked it.
Chuck, Don't stand too close. You never know.
