Are we seeing a change in the market?

Buying today has become easier in my opinion. More creative financing than ever before, it appears that people have started to wander back in the market place. These past few weeks we`ve been busier than usual.

I`m happy to see at least a small bounce.

Many attribute this to the fact that people are buying to get "Homestead Exemption", thats vaild...

I believe that in spite of what the Media claims buyers are noticing value in the market place and that`s stirring the Real Estate trend.

Today, someone had posted that Pending Sales are up..I believe that will continue...
