more than just the money!

I just got done reading Randy's good article ... http://activerain.com/blogsview/118544/What-Part-of-What

It was good timing for me.  I just printed off copies of the GRI and CRS classes in my area, yesterday.  The statistics they give also really inspire me to want to "be all I can be"!

The GRI site says a survey from 2005 of NAR respondents stated a GRI designation earns $82,500 while members without that earn $40,900.  (North Carolina) http://www.ncrealtors.org/ncreef/GRI.pdf

The CRS site said something even better...  http://www.crs.com/

"The CRS Designation, awarded by the Council of Residential Specialists, is the highest professional designation awarded to REALTORS® in the residential sales field. Less than 4% of all REALTORS® hold the CRS Designation. CRS Designees earn an average of $155,876 annually - three times as much as the typical REALTOR® who sells residential real estate."

 WOW!

But you know what, I do it because I love looking at homes and meeting people, to me that is an even better reason to further my profession!

staggering statistics

I to have been looking to get my CRS designation. It just seem like the next natural step for my real estate career.
