I just returned from a vacation from Palm Springs a couple of weeks ago. Palm Springs is a cute little town. The people there seemed to be very happy. I would assume that most of the businesses in Palm Springs rely on tourism. Just like Las Vegas, It seems that a lot of people from LA come to get away to Palm Springs. The hotel we stayed at was located right in the middle of the town so it was very convenient to walk to everywhere we wanted. It was a marvelous time. Palm Spring weather is very similar to the weather of Las Vegas, Hot, hot, hot in the summer, and gorgeous the rest of the year. Not that the heat is marvelous, I'll take the heat over snow any day.
I didn't see too many RE/MAX offices there. Seemed to be lots of independent agents with their own company name.
