Seasons do not matter either.....Today we Closed on a home in Porter County, IN in which we represented the Relocating Buyers.

We've been blessed with a wave of RELO business lately in NW Indiana.

Great job on checking back with your RELO clients. Both our last moves, to Colorado and here, were through a RELO company. Since we didn't know anyone in the area, a visit from our realtor would have been nice.

Hi Irene - we now make a point of waiting to give closing gifts until at least a week afterwards ( we set up a time convenient to their schedule) so we can go back and visit clients in their new home and talk awhile and follow up on any issues and answer questions etc...

works much better for staying in touch and they seem less stressed and more appreciative that after a closing when they have a zillion things on their mind & to do list :)
