$8000 TAX CREDIT WAR AD CAMPAIGN

Greetings from the Pacific Northwest and the Kitsap Peninsula The Washington Association of Realtors (WAR) is putting out an excellent video (see link below) regarding the $8000 Tax Credit. I'm sure that there are many avenues of communicating the benefits and this is just one more tool in our toolkit when we are talking with our clients, friends and family. As many of us know, the time for getting our First Time Buyers (and those who have not owned a home for 3 years) into a contract that will CLOSE by November 30,2009 is fast approaching. All of us need to be out and about; communicating to everyone....and I believe this video is just one way to approach folks.
