Well it has been hot just the last 2 weeks today we got cooler and we are going to get hit with rain all weekend and much cooler supposed to feel like fall this weekend............

School starts before Labor Day this year so everyone is back from wherever they did not go this year, lol...................

I am doing the Open Houses because lots of other realtors do them I just started to do a few this summer we got lots of inventory and need to do what it takes.........I got a few buyers at this point just want them sold...........move on time.............
