Bottom line people creating any business from the bottom up is hard! There is one important thing I would like to share with those of you who are currently running or in the process of starting your own business.
When running your business from the ground up from the very beginning or day one you should start thinking about hiring employees! I know it may not look like you can afford any employees at the moment you start but not all the time do you have to pay your start-up employee/s. You can offer a percentage of the company and maybe later down the road once your established you can offer to buy that percentage back if they seem to be under performing.
I post this because I get alot of emails from companies requesting a partnership with La'Cartier or some type of monetary investment from us when most of the time these companies don't need money! They don't need a partnership! All the really need is someone from the outside of the company to review what's going on inside.
There are plenty of companies that charge a service for reviewing your companies progress and reporting to you what changes needs to be made in order for you to see a profit or enhance your companies profits.
Lately companies have been requesting money from us like we are a bank and the number one reason they seem to require the money is to hire employees. The crazy thing seem to be that these companies are usually small 2 or 3 person ran companies who have dug themselves in debt before they realized they needed employees.
Bottom line people think of hiring employees at the very start of your business or business ideal because as time goes forward you will not be able to do it all by yourself and the "Fire" that's in you in the beginning of your business ideal will surely burn out if things aren't going as planned. Having employees sometimes gives you the sense of responsibility and accomplishment.
Long story short people from day one of your business ideal think of creating a team to help you accomplish whatever it is you require in business. When you start doing business by yourself you sometimes become independent in the thinking that you are the only one who knows what you want and sometimes that just isn't truth!
