Cooking tips

Add a tablespoon of water to hamburger while cooking as this will allow the fat to separate from the meat. Try it, it really works!

My wife and I love onions. We like to slow cook them and put them on top of a steak. If you slow cook them long enough, they will caramelize and have a terrific flavor (especially the Vidalia). Add one or two tablespoons or olive oil to pan then add onions, garlic powder, 21 seasoning (Trader Joe's) and crushed red peppers (to taste). Cook 20-30 min on medium heat, enjoy!

Sandy, ok, now I am starving, it is official. Great tips, but not good to read when you are stuck in the office with a container of yogurt and cottage cheese... I mean really!
