Hi Nancy, The prices in Western Mass seem to be very reasonable. I grew up in Sudbury Mass where things are a bit more pricey, but always like the Berkshires, Tanglewood and the Western Mountain range. I'll be interested in how your market recovers over the next few months I think my area is similar to yours in price and absorption rates.
