Things around here are definitely picking up. The phone is ringing, people are looking more seriously than before, offers are being made, homes are selling. Yes, things are definitely moving more than they were.

Liz- The Sumter market saw a good increase in July. August was not as impressive, but we have seen a lot of closings so far in September. Hoping we see the improvement stay with us.
