Lynda - That's what makes the Stony Creek area so attractive.  There aren't too many homes that sell in that lower price range but they pop up every so often.  The average price range is typically more in the $450's to $550's unless one of the more direct waterfront homes or one of the Thimble Islands are sold.

- The architecture on some homes is so unique and when you see the pink granite of the Thimble Islands....it's breathtaking.

Joan - Prices can range anywhere from the mid to upper $200's into the millions for a waterfront estate or and island retreat.   Lot sizes vary too...a few quite small but others can be anywhere from .25 acres to over 1 acre.

Carole - You just have to stop by and visit the time you drive through.
