Rainy Days

I love spring in the Ozarks!  Everything is so beautiful.  Taking a stroll along the walkway at Branson Landing in the evenings can be so relaxing.  Whoa! Wait a minute! Am I talking about that place in Branson,  Missouri where it's been raining 40 days and 40 nights? (I may possibly have exaggerated that part!)  But, truely it has rained here a lot these past few weeks.  Heaven knows we need it!  And, what surprises me the most, is the fact that all the rain hasn't dappened the spirits of all the people I meet on a daily basis.  Tourism here in Branson is booming right now.  No one seems to mind the rain.  Out comes the umbrellas and on they go.  When the rain stops, umbrellas are put away and no one seems to remember the down pour that just happened.  It's amazing to me that everyone here seems to be in sync with nature.  Nothing much seems to bother us.  I'm not really complaing about the rain.  I know one day soon it's going to be really hot and we're going to wonder where the rain is.  So, I will go ahead and take that stroll tonight and I'll just wear my rain boots and bring my umbrella!  Enjoy your time outside with nature...just be prepared! :)
