Your Central North Carolina Real Estate agnet wants to stop FORECLOSURES in Alamance County NC.

Did you know that over 75% of all homes that go into FORECLOSURE have not even been listed for sale? There are many reasons why they have not been listed for sale, frustration, disappointment, ashamed, not knowing what to do.

That is why I am here, let me help you stop your home from going into FORECLOSURE. I can work with you and the bank to come to terms on a short sale, if you dont have equity in your home. If you have equity we can price your home to sell in a mater of days, and you could walk away with SOME money in your pocket. If you just need some advice, call me. Maybe the situation you need to understand what your options are. I have a team of mortgage brokers who MAY be able to assist you in refinancing your home, if your credit is still good.

The main thing you should understand is I am here to HELP you. I understand how devastating loosing your home can be. Put someone to work for you who will do everything in their power to get results.

If you know anyone who is having trouble paying their mortgage have them to call me for a PRIVATE consultation.

Jimmie Sims

your Central North Carolina Real Estate agent.

Good luck. They seem to be letting them out on the market slowly, as to not anger the administration.

Good luck Jimmie. Hope your are successful and help prevent some of the foreclosures. The primary difficulty is getting distressed mortgage borrowers to talk with you.

The foreclosure issue is not lessening, IMO.  And I'm afraid that there are 2 more waves to ride before all those ARMs and balloons seem to dissipate.  Good blog, my friend!

Thank you Carol.

Yes I am certain we are going to see more foreclosures coming in the near future. My last near foreclosure sale was very interesting, the very next day the property was going up for sale on the court house steps! whew that was close.
