Vacant properties pose a number of potential problems for neighborhoods.  If you suspect or know that a property in your neighborhood is vacant, and not being properly monitored and maintained by the owner or the representative of the owner, please complete and submit this form.  DHCA will inspect the property and initiate appropriate action.

Sometimes, many months pass between the time of a trustee sale at the court house and the date that the purchasing lender assigns the property to a listing agent. Since it is difficult to identify the correct asset manager or contact the lender, home owners find it better to report the homes to Montgomery County.
