During my 31 years in this business, I've had the great fortune of working with some of the best agents in this industry.
I'd like to say that all the successful agents that have worked for me have achived their goals because I was their broker - but that's not true. It's because they had their own desire to succeed and decided to hang their license with Crescent Realty. That combination created a great chemistry.
One of the agents that I'm thrilled to have associated with our company is Margo Willis. (Believe me, I know she could hang her license any where she wants.)
Margo Willis obtained her license in 1993 after retiring from the Army. She joined our company shortly after her retirement.
I can't - and won't even try to list all of her accomplishments, because they are numerous.
She was a manager for me at one of our branches. She was very good at the job, but I'm not really sure she's ever forgiven me for enticing her into that experience.
She is the past President of the Tacoma-Pierce County Association of Realtors.
She is past President of the Washington State Women's Council of Realtors.
She was the Business Woman of the Year for Tacoma-Pierce County in 2007.
She is currently the 2009 National Recording Secretary for the Women's Counsel as well as a licensed instructor in the State of Washington.
In between all of these duties, she is a great listing agent, grandmother and a good friend.
