I am a newbie to the Commercial Lending/Joint Venture/Project Development arena. I have been in residential mortgages for quite some time now and have develpoped alot of contacts in the commercial sector. My group and I have partners on both sides of the transaction. We have several funding sources from banks to private money. We have also developed relationships with alot of project originating groups and developers. That being said I am interested in finding a group or forum where I can start getting as much info as possible and maybe make more contacts. Is this the place?
