Motivational Power Quote

Do The Job Right

"It's easier do a job right

than to explain

why you didn't."

Martin Van Buren

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Do the job right.

When you undertake a new task or job; make the commitment to do it right the first time; make your best effort right from the beginning.

It's easier to do the job right the first time than having to redo a poor job.

Redoing a poor job takes far more time and efforts than it does to do it right from the outset in addition it has no redeeming value.

Make the commitment to do the job right and than do it and you'll never have to make excuses or explain what you didn't do.

Oh isn't that the truth, Lou!  I used to rush through sewing projects, and then discovered "I hate ripping out"  Easier to do everything right the first time.

If you don't have time to "Do it right" the first time, where are you going to find time to go back and fix it the second time?

Excuses seem fairly easy for some but in reality they become "time wasters" when it would be more efficient to "just do it" in the first place.

A good one from our dear departed friend Lou. It should be a daily mantra.
