Because of Active Rain, I have been able to send referrals to other agents and have received some too!
It's so much fun to read blogs from all the other realtors, and get to know their personalities. Then when I have a referral to give to someone, I type in the city and read their blogs to see their style. Then when you call them, you feel like you already know them. It's a great referral network!!!
And I've been blessed to have others look me up on Active rain to send me Jacksonville referrals too! It means alot, to know other agents trust you with their referrals, because I will be the person that makes THEM look good, by taking care of their client.
