Leasing Agent needed for fast growing Property Management company
RD House Real Estate and Property Management is an exciting small and growing company. We have doubled our business in the past 8 months, and are in need of an enthusiastic, professional leasing agent who can help us effectively lease residential properties.
About half the units are in-house properties, and about half are outside/3rd party, so there is some outside sales required. The job is part time/commission, but there are a consistent stream of in-house units, and a reliable set of 3rd party leads, so the earnings potential is significant.
We are an enthusiastic team, and have built a dynamic business that is technology-forward and fresh. Our office is located in Belltown, and includes a gym, rooftop deck, and wireless internet.
Leasing Agent Job Description:
Markets, shows and leases vacant and upcoming in-house rental properties
Screen, market and lease 3rd party residential properties
Responds to inquiries, arranges and does showings
Works with Broker to qualify potential tenants and processes applications for approval
Completes leasing paperwork
Explains lease and all appropriate addenda to applicants/tenants
LICENSES
An active Washington State Real Estate Sales License is REQUIRED
OTHER
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, be an outgoing people person, able to sell and have a positive attitude and a willingness to work both independently and with a team. We are really looking for a person who is a self-starter, can take on the leasing functions and grow them successfully.
Must have reliable transportation to handle extensive local travel in the Seattle Metro area.
