Bill, with all the laws on the books, politicians still find the need to create more and more laws that are not needed and that they will not enforce.

You're right! They will not enforce them against the bad guys! The problem is it's going to cost big money as the good guys try to conform!
None of this would be possible with out enthusiastic pandering by other professionals, willing to support any crackpot idea that blames some one else!
