DO YOU CLOSE YOUR LISTING PRESENTATIONS? HOW MANY?

Never forget after all the CMA’s brochures, presentation booklets etc, the seller is really only concerned with four simple questions
1 How much can we get for the property?
2. How long will it take to sell it?
3. How much will it cost us?
4. Do I feel that you, the agent making the presentation know what you are doing, are taking charge and are likable and trustworthy?

Answer those questions to seller’s satisfaction and you’ve got the listing. Don’t get hung up going through a lot of paper work and presentation material that doesn’t mean much to the seller.  Get to the point.
