Sentinel on the River

Sentinel on the River is a community of approximately 165 homes bounded by the Chattahoochee River and Holcomb Bridge road in the city of Roswell Georgia. Sentinel on the River is located just off of Eves Road which provides great access to GA 400 and attractions such as North Point Mall, The Perimeter Mall, and everything else that Roswell and Alpharetta have to offer.

The subdivision features large estate lots, some of which back up to the Chattahoochee River. A total of 13 cul-de-sacs helps make for a very intimate community.

Sentinel on the River residents attend the following Roswell schools; River Eves Elementary School, Holcomb Bridge Middle School, and Centennial High School.
