Real Estate Foreclosure?

Hello. I am new to this site so bare with me as I learn the ropes. I work with Investors that are always up to talking with individuals who are in a "bind" so to speak. If anyone comes across these types of properties or knows someone who could use our help and could possibly keep them out of foreclosure, then please contact me.
