Let's all work together to get banks on board to have the short sale information available online. This could eliminate may of the phone calls that take so much of our time and energy. It seems the banks already have the software as they do this with foreclosures. It seems so silly to me to call and call and call and wait and wait and wait to get updates on files. Then we email negotiators over and over as well. I also would like one contact at the bank for our company rather than so many people to work with. This is costing time and money on all sides - very frustrating.
