College Bomb Threat in Our Area

The University of North Alabama shut down its campus following four anonymous bomb threats.  The threats were received by email and sparked authorities to begin searching buildings on campus.  UNA President William Cale decided to cancel classes around 11 a.m. when the fourth threat was received.  No bombs were found by authorities in building on or around the campus.  Summer enrollment is at a high this term and school officials did not want to take any chances with the lives of the students.  I personally am very thankful being that yours truly is a graduate student at UNA.  School should reopen on tomorrow and everything will be back to business as usual.
