El Dorado Apartments
58 units currently listed at $1,895,000, the property has been on the market for a while.
I am fairly confidant the reason for selling is the fact that the neighboring Wal-Mart and Hy-Vee have vacated the neighborhood. However, the good news is that there has been quite a lot of interest in the site from several large HOME IMPROVEMENT stores.

- Upside Potential: When this commercial property next door does get developed into something new it will undoubtedly bring jobs and renters.
- Bus Route: The Metro bus comes to within 2 blocks of the site.
