Tuesday's Terrific tip...How to reheat pizza and keep it crisp!

After being in the pizza biz in my last life, I learned how to reheat pizza so it maintains it's crispiness. There are two ways to do this.

1. Heat on stove top in non stick pan on medium low until warm.

2. Preheat oven to 350. Use your fingers under water tap and drizzle small amount of water on cheese/toppings. Cook until cheese starts to bubble or desired temperature.

Try it, it works!

I have not tried the stove top reheat yet. Good idea - I will give it a shot.

Sandy - what if you like cold, leftover pizza for breakfast the next day?  Sick, huh?

Sounds kind of gross Jane but I must admit that in the college days I might have done this once or twice...

You know Jane has never been in the biz like we were. When you cook pizza as we did for many years you don't eat it cold, it's nasty. Good tip. I also have a toaster oven and I set it on the toast setting for 3 to 4 minutes and it keep the crust crispy also.
